Beyond Primary School
Are your children back to school today?
Did you have to wrestle them out the door, or were they pretty keen to get back to their friends?
In a few days children in Malawi will be heading back after the Christmas break too, and for some this is a very special second term…
These 16 students from Kasangani Village in Malawi are the first ever to graduate from their primary school onto secondary. Here they are in their shiny new uniforms, performing a dance to celebrate when we met them in November.
Because of some improvements we’ve been helping the school to make, children in this area now have the opportunity to be educated beyond primary school for the first time ever!
The prospects of these children are being dramatically improved, and this is all because of you, our lovely Guernsey world-changing supporters. Thank you so much.
