Friday 10th of August 2007 marked an
exciting day as 140 people gathered to get a taster of what it is to be
‘abandoned’, for the official launch of the new Guernsey charity 'Hope
for a Child'. They traded in their beds for cardboard and spent the
night under the stars in St Peter Port’s sunken gardens...
